try to check if anywhere in your country does threading. it's a skill in asia where the beautician uses a thread to sorta 'pull' your facial hair out. it's really good, removes dead skin from your face too.

Well, my hairstylist waxes my upper lip for me. She uses a very gentle formula to avoid waxing disasters (e.g. skin removal). I've never had any horror stories with the formula she uses. It doesn't involve cloth strips, even. The waxes that require strips are a bit more dangerous. Those are the ones that you hear horror stories about--like getting the skin torn off your upper lip and having a scab mustache. Facial waxing needs to be done about once a month, I believe, and is pretty affordable if you just want your upper lip done. Or you could try bleaching to make them less visible. They won't go away, they'll just be so light they don't stand out. You can get home kits for that. You can also get very gentle depilatories (hair removal creams), but be sure it's one designed for use on sensitive skin otherwise it'll dissolve the skin and not just the hair. As far as upper lip hair goes, I'm very self conscious about that too. All the guys teased me in middle school about having more facial hair than them. Now that I have my hairstylist wax for me, I'm a lot more confident about drawing attention to my lips (which are one of my best features, and which I was afraid to flaunt until I discovered waxing).

Use whole turmeric, rub it on a stone with a little water and apply it at least 4 or 5 times a week, It will stop facial hair growth and its permanent too, just to make sure you don't have any yellow coloring on ur face apply a little sandal wood paste. It worked for me and I hope it works for you.

wax, of course its not permanent but it works for a while. And I read in Cosmo the longer that you remove hair, the thinner it grows back.

Plucking, waxing or nair. Do not shave it. I pluck when there is one or two bugging me. And I nair once a month and wax 3x a year.

You could try just bleaching it if there is not too much. Try asking for advise at a beauty salon for the right thing for you in particular.
