ok.. I need to get dark in a week and a half! and I mean not like really dark but I need some color! I'm in a basketball homecoming and have to wear a short skirt/boots/and nice shirt! I have to be a little darker than I am cuz I dont wanna be the lightest one running for queen! so please if you could help me! how often should I lay into the tanning bed.. like what every day or so! please help! thanks so much!

it went right back not just the tip of the nail in the middle of the skin bit it also really hurts and i have been having a plaster on it but wot else can do?

what are some stores that are great for inexpensive prom dresses, i live in the burbs of chicago , and im not the best at shopping for formal stuff. to tell u the truth, this is the first formal event i ever attend to at school, and i want to look nice, im all into the strapless black and white dresses, help!!

Firstly I am a bloke-but I believe in looking after myself:

Is there any way I can make my eyes sparkle without using any sort of make up.
I ask this because when I have been talking to the girls their eyes look like they sparkle and they are clear.

Or is this the result of them using make up. (Which I won't be using)

I have natural hair and some girls with perms scolded me about it saying omg girl your hair is nappy you need a perm. I got over it. It doesn't bother me at all now.

K, so i have bangs sort of they are to my mouth, anyways, I've always parted them in the middle so half is behind one ear and half is behind the other ear, do u think that looks ok?
Do u think if i parted them to the side, it would look better? I've tried doing that but it bothers me a lot cuz it keeps on falling and it won't stay in that position, anybody know how i can make it stay still?

i heard that Pantene Pro-V Blonde, lightens dark brown hair w/ out dying it.

I want to buy a flat iron and have been researching them for a while. I think I've settled on with a Sedu or a CHI, but am not sure about the size. Anyone have any recommendations on size? Does it matter?

Also, if anyone has a hair product they like to use when they straighten their hair - I'd love to here about it.

I have shoulder length razor cut layers, and naturally curly hair. I cant permantly straighten it because I color my hair. I a.ways,always flat iron my hair. I have a chi flat iron but it takes such a long time to straighten.My hair is fine. I have heard of the maxiglide....Does it work as well as the chi? Does it cut the straightening time? Do you like the maxiglide?

i am participating in a Big brother, Big sister program associated with the local public school system, and the "little sister" that i am mentoring is a freshman in highschool.
i would say that she dresses pretty cute for her age, which is 14 years old. on a normal day, she wears nice jeans, layers a couple fitted t-shirts, ballet flats, cute headband, and she likes to accesorise with cute necklaces and bracelets. she likes to wear bright colors, always has her hair in a cute style, and is all around pretty girly. but lately, this past week specifically, she has changed her whole look very abruptly. every day this week she was wearing ALL black, heavy black eyeliner, and her hair was down and very messy. the first time i just thought that it was for fun, but the next day she had temporary tattoos of skulls and crossbones on her wrists, black lipstick, and this black eyeshadow smudged all around her eyes. is this a new trend in highschools? i am just curious!
and i am not old, i am 20
