I'm going to a prom that's not at my school; I don't want to get a dress that's going to be huge and stuff because I don't want to have anyone thinking I'm trying to come to their school and out do them or anything, but I want something floorlength. first prom...I need help!!! also not something too expensive, I only work at a pizza shop. Any suggestions?

Since prom is coming up, prom dresses are not going to be on sale.
If you have the money to spend up to $100.00 (and could use the dress at a later date, as well) then the money is well-spent, and you could go to JC Penney, Sears, Macy's, etc.
If you don't want to spend that much - I don't know where else to go besides Thirft Shops. I don't likeshopping at Thift shops, because a lot of their stuff has been used before and most of my clothes are hand-me-downs anyways from friends, but you can find some really neat stuff in there.
Have you asked any of your friends where they are going? They could be a good source of information, too.

Macy's, JC Penney, and DEB Shops all have good selections of dresses in different colors. The prices aren't that bad either. Good luck!

Macy's and Jcpenny are stores u should go to they are not that expensive, and have good prom dresses. Have fun on ur first prom!!!!!!!!! =)

JCPenney has a lot, but get one kind of more silkyish and smooth rather than poofy and tulle. Have fun!
