Firstly I am a bloke-but I believe in looking after myself:
Is there any way I can make my eyes sparkle without using any sort of make up.
I ask this because when I have been talking to the girls their eyes look like they sparkle and they are clear.
Or is this the result of them using make up. (Which I won't be using)

No make up . Your eyes sparkle from within you. Eyes are the gateway to the soul. When your feeling good about yourself,& things in general & being happy they will sparkle. Same goes when Ur felling bad or hurt that is seen in the eyes too.

If eyes sparkle it's because the light is shining from a reflective coating over the cornea.
This can come from a bottle or can be tears (not neccessarily crying, there are drops that make your eyes water a bit - eg Optrex). Either way it'll affect your vision so if you're driving - don't do it. Also, remember that your eyes are for life and can't be replaced if you damage them so consider whether it's really worth putting anything on them just for vanity.
Alternatively you could darken the areas aound your eyes so that contarast is increased. Don't over-do this or your dates'll think you haven't been sleeping.
Maybe girls just sparkle because they're interested in you as you are and might lose that interest if they think you've turned into a poser. Enjoy the attention and save your money.

Unless they have naturally sparkling eyes, they are using make-up. You can use a dab of a light shimmer in both the inner and outer corners of your eye, without looking like you are wearing make-up. Making sure your eyebrows are neatly shaped and tweezed can also open up your eyes tremendously! Good luck!

There are some eye drops you can buy that help to brighten up/revitalise your eyes. You can get them from different pharamacies. I've been looking for some too, but because my eyes have been looking very tired lately. Good health, good attitude and good humour make your eyes sparkle.
Watch your diet: plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink 8 glasses of water a day to keep your system hydrated and free of toxins.
Don't smoke, this irritates your eyes.
Get enough sleep, which by itself will do a lot to improve your mood.
Have confidence in yourself and it will show.
Be positive, smile a lot. But a real smile, from the inside, not something pasted on.

My girlfriend tells me that when I smile my eyes usually sparkle. but if I smile and it doesn't reach my eyes she knows it's not a genuine smile. I guess the moral is to be happy and very genuine and it will show in your smile and in your eyes.

Glitter on the eyelids. When you blink (quickly), there'll be a brief, almost subliminal sparkle. So I've heard.
