i use a 3 min. conditioner that is directed(on the bottle) to be used after washing hair but does it really matter if i use it the same time as i shampoo?

What do teens in india wear?
i would like to know what brand names teens in india wear (in terms of western clothing, not indian clothes). like how here teens wear hollister and abercrombie, what's "in" in India? what stores do they have and where do they shop? i need to get something cute for my cousin (she's 13) but i'm not sure what she would want, after all she lives halfway across the world. thanks

About baby's health.?

Hi,
My baby is one month old. But still now she is not looking fat. But doctor said that she has gained enough weight. But i want my baby to look fat and good and also say me some tips to make her fair. She is good looking but she is black in colour so i want to make her white. please also say me how to grow her hair long because she doesn't have hair in her head. I wanted some tips related to indian foods and indian items to be used. If u say some tips i can try it for her after a year or before that.

I want to dye my hair...help??

I have really dark brown hair, that is ALMOST black when it is wet. I am a white girl and I want to go a lighter reddish brown. My problem is my hair grows REALLY fast. I got highlights about a month ago and my roots have already grown in and become VERY noticeable. I also don't want to damage my hair more than it already is, because I straighten it about twice a week and my hair has a lot of breakage in it and horrid split ends, you wouldn't BELIEVE how split and dry they are. I want to wait a while, maybe, before I do this, how long will it take before the breakage is gone? I am getting my split ends trimmed at some point this week or I'm doing it myself, because they are horrible. My other question is why do my roots grow so fast, what makes them grow fast, and can I slow them down? Any help you can give or advice in this this situation would be greatly appreciated. Help with High Heels?

I wear a size 8 1/2 men's shoe with a medium width. A girl at my college who has some very incriminating pictures of me has decided to teach me a lesson after a few comments I made. She wants me to get a pair of heels. I'm agreeing to do it for a few reasons. What size would I need in a pair of heels? She said at least 3 inches, but didn't mention style. Is there any style that might be less likely to have me winding up in a cast? Is my size available at a cheap store like Payless or do I have to spend big money on this stuff?

My girlfriend wants to get a rose tattoo around her nipple. is there any danger of doing so?

she would like to have a ring of roses (red, green) around the areola, just on one breast. is there any danger of ink poisoning? she is done having kids and nursing, so no dangers there.
