what color EYELINER would u suggest for blue eyes with a hintt of green specks?

I suggest thin black eyeliner. Black eyeliner will make your eyes pop.
If you're willing to be daring, some girls in my school apply a thick line of colored eyeliner and apply no eye shadow. This makes your eyes bolder, and more noticeable.

Brown for a natural look that will look good with your eye color. Black for a fancier or more dramatic bold look. But I was never into the green or blue or purple eye liner...

If you have darker hair, a dark brown, almost blackish, which will make your eyes stand out. If you have lighter hair, a lighter shade of brown. Scott Barnes has very nice eyeliner, as a top note.

light or medium brown will make blue eyes stand out more. to make ur eyes look greener,use dark brown or a greyish. you would never want to use blue eyeliner/shadow if u want to make ur blue eyes stand out because any make-up the same color as ur eye color will make ur eyes look darker.

I would suggest green or blue and perhaps a light brown - the brown for making your eyes look more bold.

Chocolate brown with green shimmer would be really pretty. If you can't find this, then use chocolate brown liner and use some leafy green shimmer around the eye.
