What do teens in india wear?
i would like to know what brand names teens in india wear (in terms of western clothing, not indian clothes). like how here teens wear hollister and abercrombie, what's "in" in India? what stores do they have and where do they shop? i need to get something cute for my cousin (she's 13) but i'm not sure what she would want, after all she lives halfway across the world. thanks

well, i have cousins in india, and they love Reebok, Nike, and Addidas. [mostly the sports brands]. They also love jeans, the girls especially. [jean skirts, pants with glitter, etc.]. Girls there also like the boots [knee length]. But not black boots [those are not considered appropriate in indian culture]. People there like bright or dark colored clothing. To them it symbolizes that the cloth was very expensive, etc. :-]
I'm indian, but i was born and raised in the US. I do however visit india every two years in the summer. [its damn hot!!!!!]

I think that you should get your cousin some sort of Kurta (i am paki) or jeans. and with you should buy some sort of mathcing jewelry. Good Luck at Shopping!!!!

umm.. ive been ther and if its a boy.. they luuv designer(itz kinda gay lol) AND RELI TIGHT JEANS....girls wear mostly wut we wear here a cute shirt and jeans..hope i helped!!
