Time. Skin sheds, in about 2-3 days so you won't have long time to wait. In the mean time keep washing the area vigorously with soap - this speeds to shedding process.

Next time, put a coating of vasoline between your skin and hairline before you dye. The vasoline washed off nicely with soap, and will prevent the dye from dripping down and staining your skin - unless - you apply the stuff with a hose!

Besides just washing and washing. There is a fluid that you can buy at some beauty supplie stores that will at least help to fade the stain. I think it is called hair dye stain remover.

Remember the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"? The Greek mother used Windex for everything. Well here is one proven method that works. I used to work in a hair salon and this was a daily occurrence in the salon. We would go to the back and get something to treat the stains. We didn't want our clients to know we were using plain old Windex but I promise it works. The clients were none the wiser but happy that we could remove the unsightly color stains from their necks and foreheads.

I think if you use some of that alcohol stuff you find from the doctors office and drug stores would make it come off. Usually when I dye my hair the stuff comes off by the time I take a shower and get out. I heard sometimes putting some lotion on and rubbing it off makes that work. But like the others have said..It'll come off soon enough as time goes by.

Just simple soap and water works for me. Put it on a flannel and rub it where the dye is stained :].

if the dye is black then you must dye your wholeself black, basically you must dye your whole self the same as your hair colour.
It will look fine and nobody will comment about the stains on your neck and face. I hope my answer helps you.

Try an exfoliant, it will get rid of the dead skin cells which tend to retain the stain.

soap and water. you might have to rub until it's all red but the longer you leave it on the harder it is to get off.
that's why the box says...if you get it on your skin, wipe with a cold damp rag immediately!
good luck with that
