I have straight/irregularly wavy and thick hair, how do i straighten it without a straightener?

I have black hair and I think it's so boring to have the same color of hair and style everyday. I was thinking maybe cutting my hair shoulder-length and put red streaks in? What do you guys think? Is it okay to wear makeup everyday? I'm planning on wearing foundation, blush, eye makeup(eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow), and lip gloss everyday to school. Is that too much? What do YOU wear on a daily basis? Or do you go natural?

So my hair is currently dyed black, although it has faded to a pretty dark brown.
My natural hair color is an extremely light brown, almost gold.
Im thinking about going blonde,
maybe dying it a brown first, then a lighter brown
and then by summer i am planning on going blonde.

Not like the "summer blonde" color,
but maybe a white blonde, or even platinum.

Please tell me if you think blonde would fit my skin tone,

You know the "look" tank tops in contrasting colors, sometimes up to eight or sixteen, in various shades, whatever. Now I see pre-teens wearing them and hope this is a signal that the look has run its course, like after high-fiving worked its way down to kindergarten you did not see it so much anymore.

A friend of mine has been shaving her eyebrows, not shaving them off, but just like shaving them both into the correct shape, and she has been doing this since she was in fourth grade and now she is in ninth grade. Is this normal or is it just her that does this? it's kind of a weird question but it's true.

I have a lighter skin tone (on my face only). I think the freckles are good-looking, and look elegant with my green-blue eyes and honey-blond hair, but lately I've been wondering if they're a turn-off for guys, and if guys think they aren't cute. Because the guys I know can be sort of picky! :) LOL. I would really liek it for the user "jay k" because he answered to one of my other questions saying freckles are good-looking depend on the skin tone. Okay, so here we go. Naturally, I pluck my eyebrows and shape them and all goes well. But that's really all I do with them, and sometimes (since they're long) they'll fall limp and out of place, and it becomes agitating. Is there anyway to make it so my eyebrows stay in place? Such as something to put on the brows, or trimming? Also, my brows need something like a brow pencil to fill them in, as they don't look very full otherwise. Is there anything I should watch out for when purchasing an eyebrow penil, and do you have any tips for me?

I am 28 years old and I love youthful clothes. I don't wear micro minis or half tees but my jeans have to be low rise and my tees have to be tight and cute. My BF has mentioned how he wished he could take me out and buy me clothes that really complimented who I am. I can't continue shopping at the Brass Plum, Delia's won't even send me a catalogue and I think its because they know how old I am.
I need to shop at other stores more age appropriate for me, but I don't want jeans with the waist up to my boobs or an oversized sweatshirt with a picture of a kitty on it. Please suggest stores, departments and or lines of clothing.
