what store can i find Navy at? i think its by CoverGirl but not sure

I just saw some of this at walmart's like 2 days ago. It's common so most places probably sell it.

im not sure they make it anymore (i used to wear it like 10-15 yrs ago) but if they do im sure u can find it at like walgreens or walmart or meijer

Any grocery store or drug store. It's very commen and can be found anywhere.
