Small. If you are a small framed girl with big boobs they will make you look too fake. Like a doctor just made a lot of money off of you.

First of all, I love all boobs. Big, small, whatever. Second, I think small boobs are cool for girls because they look better in haute couture clothing. Big boobs are for the Miller Lite Girls to entertain me while I watch Half-time. Paris Hilton turned down a boob job b/c she wanted the high fashion look.

Smaller size. Bigger boobs on a small framed girl makes her look like she's heavier than what she really is (on some girls)

For me, I'm a small girl and I prefer medium boobs. If they were too big it would draw more attention to my body, but if they were to small I would want bigger ones.

Some that fit the frame. Never more than a handful or so each though, they could cause mega problems with clothing, posture, etc.
