i'm chinese but my hair is dark brown why?my parents say my hair was like that when i was born and i've never dyed it before.i have a cousin on my mom's side of the family who also has brown hair.hers is even lighter.Why??

It is the barrel bag (black with hearts) and it is online for 80 bucks and i did have one just like it before (paid $155.00 for it and it was stolen) so would you trust the person saying it is brand new and would you pay 80 bucks for it or ask them would they come down on the price cause i am worried what if it isnt new or even slightly new.
Have you ordered something off of the net and get it and it not be what they said it would be?

I have a little-lower-than-shoulder length hair. I'm growing it out for 2 reasons. 1 because I like longer hair and 2 because once I get it long enough I'm going to cut it and give it to Locks of Love.
But until it's long enough can you give me suggestions of cool ways to keep it back, besides and normal ponytail or bun?
