Traditionally, anything smaller than a human is small, anything bigger than a human is big, unless being compared to another object, in which then whether or not it was bigger or smaller than it's comparison would jurisdict whether or not it is big or small in that respect.

if your asking about boobs, anything over a mouth full . bigger is not better( that's a misconception ) it's the way you wiggle your toung or hips.
