That's called Entomophobia. Entomophobia ( also known as Insectophobia ) is the abnormal fear of insects. At the mere sight of a dragonfly,or even a moth, or butterfly an entomophobic person will scream, run away or freeze on the spot. Their heartbeat rate speeds up, they can perspire profusely and may have difficulty in breathing, shake all over, even feel a numbness in certain limbs. Psychologically, this fear can reach different intensities, ranging from minor anxiety to a state of panic.

I don't know for sure, but my school paper recently published the A-B list of all known phobias, and there are really weird ones like fear of garlic, fear of opinions, fear of flutes, fear of assymetrical things (lol), so it's very possible.
