Use black mascara and liquid eyeliner that draws attention to your eyes. The mascara widens the look. Don't use contacts unless you're comfortable with them, and if you need it.

This is a commonly asked question, and I being a premier make-up artist will answer this delicate question. Ok first off, you mix a bunch of dog poop with milk and celery bits. You mix it to be a fine textured substance and slowly massage your face with it. Once your face is covered, keep it on your face for 45 minutes. Upon completion of the time frame rinse your face off with cat pee, than naturally with water. Ok to make your eyes look bigger, after this point take a sharpy and draw big cirlces around your eyes. The previous formula will make your eyes naturally appear bigger with the cirlces, while the cirlces don't appear to the unsuspecting viewer. Draw your eyeliner (or better get permanant tattoo) and use grey shade eyeshadow . The darker shade at the end of your eyes. The lighter shade at the front. Then use ivory to white shade just under your eyebrow. That should make your eyes look bigger. Works even if you have single eyelids.

use dark eyeliner like dark brown or black on the top lid and white eyeliner on the bottom lid. dot the dark eyeliner as close to ur eyelashes as possible. apply the white eyeliner in the inner bottom corner of ur eye so that it looks like the whites of ur eyes are even bigger. also, use an eyelash curler to curl ur eyelashes and put lengthening and volumizing mascara to open up ur eyes and make them look bigger.

Be careful with eyeliner. If you don't apply it properly then you will make your eyes look MUCH smaller, trust me. All these silly young girls I see at the mall etc have their eyes rimmed in dark, skanky makeup and no it doesn't add anything to their look.

Use a light shimmery eyeshadow all over your lids... CURL your lashes--that helps a lot, and use a thickening/lengthening mascara. It'll make your eyes look awake and bigger. only put makeup on the top lid and also white eye pencil or nude colored ones on the bottom inner lids make eyes look bigger. Cargo reverse lipliner makes eyes lok bigger too. Never put black eyeliner on inner bottom lids.
