No they don't. You have to go to a tattoo shop and get that done. Some places will let you get it done if you have a parent with you if you are under 18.

DO NOT GO TO CLAIRE'S FOR A NOSE PIERCING!
They only use piercing guns there (plus the piercings are done by 16 year old punk kids who know nothing about real piercings or santitation!) which are a TERRIBLE idea. These guns cannot be properly cleaned so there is just bacteria waiting to infect you. Also, because it is a gun, the shock of the motion can cause a lot of damage to something like your nose since it is cartilidge. If you're gonna use a gun, it should only be on your lobes (and even then, it is risky!).
Go to a real piercer and have it done with a hollow needle where they autoclave. You can get so many diseased from piercings anyway, why risk it even more by going to an inexperienced idiot with a bacteria infected gun?!
Also, I doubt many places will pierce a 14 year old, even with parental approval.

Never get your nose pierced or anything for that matter anywhere other than a tattoo shop that has a qualified piercer.
Claires etc. use plastic guns which cannot be sanitized....
A piercer uses a needle - clean from a package.. Healing is much better since it actually puts a clean hole in your skin versus a gun that is like punches and isn't as sharp etc...

Claire's only pierces ears. Besides...would you really want to get your nose pierced by a gun that's been piercing ears all day?

I hope not, because it would be against the law and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! Piercing or tattooing a minor under the age of 15 is a federal criminal offense, and is viewed as criminal child abuse. Wait until you are 18, then get it pierced by a professional piercer at a shop that used a needle, not a "gun" that causes blunt force trauma to your skin.

no claires is crap for even ear piercings... you should get all piercings done at a professional body piercing shop....they use better equipment a "piering gun" is not the appropriate tool for ANY piercing... at the shops they use hollow needles.....
and you need to be 18. or 16 with parental consent, meaning they have to sign and go with you....

You should only ever have a body peircing done by a professional peircest, who will not pierce anyone under the age of 18 without parrental consent

no place will pierce your nose at 14. if they do they are running an illegal parlor and if you go there anyway all i can say is good luck with that hepititus c.
