i used to have strong nails but i always use nailpolish and nailpolish remover anytimes a week so it cauosed problems with my nails and now they are very very week and i wanna know how to take care of my nails and i want them to be strog and grow fast again

With shows like the lamentable "The Swan" I feel that beauty has become pinpointed to such a small grouping of socially acceptable features so that having an "ethnic" nose, a gap in the teeth, or small breasts is mocked and belittled (no pun intended.) Comments?
