Bleach!!!

If it's a small area, spot-treat it. Do it in the bathroom and don't wear something you care about, 'cause if you spill it on your colored clothes you're in trouble. Stick a Q-Tip in the bottle and then blot it on the ink stain. Once all the ink is out, make sure you rinse your shirt in water very well before you put it in the washing machine.

If It's a large stain, get a load of white clothes (towels/whatever) make sure NO COLORS... and put 1/4th a cup of bleach in with your wash (on HOT setting).

Good luck!

Actually, all of those answers are nice tries, but some will cause a pink spot, some, yellowing. The hairspray may work because of the alcohol in it. but try this..
Take a cotton ball, soak it in isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and place on the ink stain for 15 seconds, then rub lightly. the ink will totally dissappear without pinking, bleeding or yellowing.
This works for ballpoint ink..
THIS ALSO WORKS ON COLOURED CLOTHING.

You can try the spray and wash stain remover. I was able to get blood out of a shirt that had settled in for awhile. It took a few times of spraying scrubbing but it came out.

Try bleaching it also if you are able to bleach the shirt.

With bleach. Be sure you have other clothes, and not the shirt alone. Since bleach is very strong!!
