Beauty & Style - 14 September 2006

I have this killer long-sleeved navy blue dress, but I am loathe to wear navy hose or tights and I don't own any navy shoes. I know it's always optional to wear regular hose, which I would do as a last resort, but I would prefer the black tights. I consider myself pretty fashion-conscious, but I'm stumped here.

I was born with naturally curly hair but it didnt look good at all! It was so thick and poofy. My hair was even kind of uneven. Like some parts were curlier than other parts and it would frustrate the hell outta me.So I had been straightening it for a while to keep it more manageable.

I love curly hair, just not the kind I had. I only flat ironed it bcuz I felt like there was nothing I could do with it! I tried everything but my curls were just awful.

Is there anything I can do 2 get nice soft, bouncy curls?

When ever i go swimming, take a shower, or sweat I break out, getting red spots all over me. They clear up in about 20-30 min, but it happens everytime. Sometimes they itch and somtimes not. Does anyone know what it is or how to treat it for good?

have you heard of that?

a person i knew told me that the reason why she has a good skin on the face is because she uses toothpaste as her facial wash. i am doubtful about it, because the ingredients in the toothpase are not fit for the face, and skin all over for that matter.

have you tried it? if so, is it true that it can help make your skin more beautiful?

It's a problem i run into all the time: i don't have any desire to hide my freckles, I like them! But, there's no makeup that can completley cover them up, so if i wear makeup to cover a blemish, it erases some of the freckles halfway, making it look like i have blotchy skin, or like i just did a bad job hiding my freckles.

I don't want to hide them, but are there any tricks for how i can cover my blemishes but keep my freckles looking fresh and natural?
