yes, mary kay makes a good one, and so does clinique. both are good for oily skin that needs some coverage to even out the tone. i currently use clinique's for oily skin, but have used mary kay and been very pleased in the past. good luck, i can totally sympathize! P.S. do NOT try MaxxFactor powder foundation! It's like rubbing Canola Oil on skin like ours

Bare Minerals Foundation OR Bare Minerals Mineral Veil. It's a tie.
It's expenisve ($25) but they work MIRACLES. I love the foundation because its so light and looks like you are wearing nothing, but covers up my redness and acne like it was never there. I have oily skin too, and the stuff asorbs it all instantly - and keeps my skin shine free all day. If I wear nothing else, its that...and a little goes a long way, so its not like you dont get the best bang for you buck.
The mineral veil, which is the same price, basically makes your face look poreless and flawless. It's a translucent powder that has JUST minerals in it. You can even put it on to sleep in, and it'll make your skin look better. I've been using the stuff for months, and people say that my skin looks 100% different. Many of them didn't even know what I was doing to look different, just that I looked amazing.
Yep, those are my two!
My ProActive would be a close third, however. It helps with acne, and keeps my skin moisturized and clear. I've been using it since I was 11 (so almost 6 years), and I don't think I could go more then a week without it.
You should give both the Bare Minerals AND the ProActive (if you have acne) a try.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

try the Bare Minerals starter kit-you have the brushes which let you control the coverage as well as a brush to cover up the break outs and the khabuki brushi gives you the max. amount of coverage and the make up is actually good for your skin so you can actually fall asleep w/ your make up on and not worry!plus it does not clog your pores and does not melt with humidity or high temperatures or it doesnt run. that would be my best advice-the kit is $60 but your make up, brushes, DVD of how to, as well as other stuff is included and the make up lasts 6 months.

mac full coverage or studio tech foundation. since you have acne prone skin bare minerals might be the way to go. it has buildable coverage & doesnt irrate your face. you can also try vincent longo foundations though they are expensive at $45 a bottle.

Check out Estee Lauder Double Wear makeup. Full coverage, oil free, and stays put for 14 hours (not up to 14 hours, but for 14 hours) Great for your type of skin. Check out the local department store Estee Lauder counter, and I 'm sure the ladies there will hook you up with a free sample of the perfect match for you...Good luck!

mac studio fix foundation. i just got it today and LOVE it! it is light on the skin. it is oil free (might help to not get break outs) the price i believe was $34?? somewhere about that price for my oily skin i also picked up the oil control lotion which is basically a primer. it helps with the oil thus saves you makeup because you dont have to touch up so often. i have had my makeup on all day today and its still looks amazing!
