For my wife's birthday in late October I'm sending her on a "Treasure Hunt" around town. One of the treasures is a service at a local salon/spa and I'm looking for opinions on which is better between a manicure, pedicure, massage, or some other service. There is a Mario Tricoci in the mall by our house, so the range of services is almost endless.

All of the above!

End the treasure hunt at the salon and tell the person at the counter to give her a manicure/pedicure combination. Every woman loves that.

At home give her a massage, with oils. This way she gets the royal treatment!

Personally I get professional massages all the time.Getting a personal massage from my boyfriend would be really special.
Professional massages tend to leave you sore the next day sometimes, depending on the masseuse.
If you do opt for professional massage, Hot Stone massage is really relaxing.Shiatsu is really good and really leaves you feeling great.

I don't know any woman who wouldn't kill for a massage at any given moment! Mani and pedis are always great, but she probably gets those often on her own, or at least far more often than she gets a full body massage! You'll both reap the benefits of her being nice and relaxed and in a fantastic mood! ;)
