When ever i go swimming, take a shower, or sweat I break out, getting red spots all over me. They clear up in about 20-30 min, but it happens everytime. Sometimes they itch and somtimes not. Does anyone know what it is or how to treat it for good?

Sounds like hives. Allergic reaction to laundry detergent? Have you tried any new products lately? When heat or moisture is applied to the residue of whatever product is on your skin, it can cause a reaction. Do you get the spots when you sleep...most people get a bit warm or even sweaty when they sleep. If you think it's the detergent, you should rewash everything. Check it out--you dry off with a towel you washed in the detergent, you put on clothing you washed in it, you sleep in sheets you washed in it, and so on.

Hives, perhaps?

You may want to talk to a doctor.

If it is some kind of allergic reaction, Benadryl has been known to help.

Sounds like chickenpox to me only coz my daughter has just got rid of them and they looked like what you have described. Use chamomile cream and resist the temptation to pick and scratch them.
