Seeing as models whom are around 5'9 are supposed to weigh around 110 pounds, models who are 5'5 would probably have to weigh about 90-100 pounds.
As for actresses- a common weight for one who is 5'5, would be anywhere from 115-130.

Runway models 5'7 no shorter actresses I dont think it really matters .... Models normal weight vary depending on your height but very fit

Models--> the more skinny, the more famous you're gonna get in THAT world(90-100...wich is NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!)
Actresses--> I think about 100-120.
