if you're a young person the color will probably fade some as you age. In the meantime you could try just a touch of foundation makeup sponged on your lips in the am. If you use a decent brand, not too cheap, it should dull the color without looking cakey.

you are not the odd one out i see lots of guys with redder lips than is normal so I suspect they are wearing lippy so if it doesn't embarrass you then save your money on laser treatment

yes semi-perm lip staining, but why bother when you are born it naturally you'll save a fortune on not having to buy make up, who cares what these guys think!!

You could get them tattooed a different colour, but its never guaranteed how it will turn out, and it may look like they are fake.
Keep em' how God made em'. I'm sure its really cute.
