My hair is always frizzy and lame whenever i try straightening it. i think that its how i straighten it not my straighter.. what are some step-by-step instructions on getting pin-straight hair?

Seriously, I am almost 15, not fat (just a few lbs over), but I have man boobs that are embarassing at times. I know I am actually bigger than some girls of my age (who are tiny). What can I do? I've tried doing weights and the pec and nipple area still stays soft and fleshy. It's embarassing at gym.

I am having a slumby party with 6 girl friends this weekend, while our parents are away. My 16 year old brother was meant to be going with them, but now he's not. He wants to stay at home, but we were thinking of an all girls slumber party. On what conditions would you let him stay? Should he stay out of our way, or should he have to take part. 1) Every time I shave I have this red and black dots on my legs and it really doesn't look good, how can I make my legs look smooth?
2) when I shave I have small points that bleed, what am I doing wrong and how to prevent it?
3) Every time I shave with shaving gel, I get all the cream and hair stuck between the blades, any tips to clean it?
As you can understand shaving is not my strong point but I am scared so badly of waxing...
