HEY!!! @ the GAP!!! they make awesome clothing that fits anyone!!!!! You can actually find dress pants in long or XL (tall sizes) go here and they'll list the inseam and everything for you... I work there so I know!!! Also we have the "TALL" and Petites.. The tall sizes is made for those who are 5'11 and up and it is proportioned to those who at this height and above... but try the LONG sizes and tall they may fit differently depending on the style. OLD navy has that too

For those of you calling her anorexic, some people have trouble gaining weight as it's their natural genetics. Don't assume things before you even know the person in the future. :I You could always try stores like Abercrombie&Fitch as I'm pretty sure they have some longer size options. Hollister is also another store which has longer size options. I probably wouldn't suggest AE for you as their jeans tend to stretch a ton and are really baggy by the end of the day. Their jeans seem to run bigger then a lot of other stores.

Try Jones New York & Company. Most of their stores carry nearly every style of their pants/jeans in short, average, and tall sizes. If you want to shop online you can find tall and ultra tall lengths in sizes as small as 0 at Gap.com, Old Navy.com, and BananaRepublic.com.

I would suggest stores like Hollister, which are built for smaller people, The pants I get in there always fit me and I am quite petite, also its a great place to get shirts that fit well too!
Other suggestions:
Gap
Wet seal

I have that same problem. I get most of my pants from the buckle. (waist/inseam pants) You can mostly just get jeans there. You can order dress pants from catalogs like alloy (they are pretty cheap) and you can get waist and inseam so they will fit you. Also, I don't know where you live, but in bigger cities, especially cities like NYC and l.a., pants are made to fit body types like yours. So you could get pants if you ever in those areas.

I've heard of a clothing store chain called Tall Girls. Look for one in your area.

Ya, I feel you, I'm 6' myself, if you shop online at stores you go to, like oldnavy.com, or ae.com, they have the styles you like, and they usually have more sizes available then they do in the store. I buy almost all my pants online because they come in long. Good luck!
