Seriously, I am almost 15, not fat (just a few lbs over), but I have man boobs that are embarassing at times. I know I am actually bigger than some girls of my age (who are tiny). What can I do? I've tried doing weights and the pec and nipple area still stays soft and fleshy. It's embarassing at gym.

- wear a bra. kidding!
- excercise you upperbody. bench presses, curls, pushup are good.
- eat helathy foods

worst this you can do is nothing. they aint gonna go away if you sit there. they aint gonna go away if you dont like em. they will dissapear of you do something about it.
i say this cos i know people who wanna change, but dont cos they dont do anything about it.

- positives are you will look bettre and feel better.

Try dropping those few pounds over...you can't spot reduce, but if you lose some weight, the 'man boobs' will likely diminish too...that's just a collection of fat and there will be some areas of your body that fat may gravitate toward, over others (mine is my outer thighs)...

Get active and burn off those pounds...doing chest exercises will just make the "boobs" appear larger until the fat is gone from that area...then any muscle behind it will show :)

Those few pounds over--it is fat for unless you have a hormonal problem which you should get checked by MD_Family Doctor,simple test determined the amount of hormones for even men have some estrogen if you have too much easily remedied by a doctor. If all is normal then it is fat and you have to lose the weight to get rid of it.

well those few pounds are usually in the stomach or the pectorals, so work on losing them and keep at the working out, just remember serious weight lifting will turn them muscular making them more prominent........and i'm sure its not as bad as you think. most kids have a innaccurate body image. talk to a trainer at the gym and get their input, you're body will change as you age. you may just be in an awkward phase.good luck!!!

Just work out some but you are only 15. You got to gain some fat on your body to grow and be tall. Give your boby time to grow. Wear things so they don't show up as much.

Strengthening exercises for upper arm and pectoral muscles, weight lifting and weight machine for upper body. As your testosterone and androgens begin increasing, your body will change. You're still young, and your body is changing.

you are overweight if you have man boobs..
You need to diet, or if you are within a healthy weight range you need to see a doctor as you may have the female hormone estrogen.. Just diet..!! try to aim 5 kilos, & i would say you would see results

It sounds like you may have a hormonal imbalance. It's not common, but it's not THAT rare, and, should, be fairly easily corrected.
