Sure why not? It isn't against the law and many men have manicures and get clear coat. And a lot of guys like to dress up, just like women (not just gay guys either, check out a goth club on Friday night). There's nothing wrong with it, just means they are open minded.

yes!!! some Men from Indian Village paint his nail with nail polish. when i saw it , it was disguising. then i asked my mom, she told me that.so yahh. maybe some Men interested.

Men who paint their nails appear GAY to the rest of the world. They may not be, but that's the way it looks to 99.99999 % of humanity. If you want a real man, avoid those that wear polish...
