My parents are both mixed, but mostly African-American.
Everyone else in my family has either dark/light hair or dark/light eyes, never both. Until me and my younger sister were born, the lightest anyone's hair was light brown. But, me and my younger sister both have dark-medium golden blonde hair. Some people call it blonde, some people call me a a very light brunette. Which one?

My hair looks like the "before" on most the shampoo comercials, kinda frizzy, dry, poofs with moisture, feels sticky sometimes, tangles, and so on. So many brands say they will change this type of hair into smooth and silky. Any of you had this problem and actually got results with a shampoo, conditioner or deep treatment of any kind? if so, which ones? Which products would you recomend for fine, straight, but frizzy dry hair?

I dress up at all times. I cordinate outfits to go to the laundry room or store. I see people walking around looking like slobs in their tshirts and shorts and jeans. A man should be in a tie and shirt at all times and a woman in a dress and stockings, etc. I have to wear an ugly uniform ( not really a uniform, just certain colors and a style I don't like) so I make an effort to be well dressed the rest of the time. If you are casual, why do you like to dress that way rather than putting on your best clothes everyday? When I am in the mall I see beautiful dress shirts and ties but where are the men who wear them? Are they hiding them under their ugly cargo shorts and sweats? What's wrong with being dressed up all the time??

Swimming in the sea in Florida where there were known to be sea lice notices advised people to take showeres after swimming. This I did, but 3 months later I still have a rash on my lower back. Is it sea lice or just a heat rash!

I have medium brown hair, and last year, a hairdresser dyed the underneath part (in sections) bright bright red. I loved it looked really good. I have since not done anything to my hair and those once red pieces are now orangish. Went to the salon yesterday (different stylist) and decided to get the same thing. She told me she would cover all the orange parts with red. She did a horrible job (i think she was new) didnt put enough red in, and didn't cover all the orange, so i now have orange and red highlights. i think it looks terrible. Now i'm not even sure if i want the red underneath, i think it might make me look really young (i'm 22). So I'm considering going to the drug store today and buying a box of dark brown dye to cover up the red and orange. Should I do it? and would it even cover the salon highlights? Thanks.

Why the hell do people pay TONS of money for ugly clothes they will wear once or probably never even wear??? I found a really ugly sweater at Goodwill that still had the price tag from Saks 5th Avenue. And what's the deal with stupid Louis Vuitton purses? They are ugly and EVERYONE has them not to mention they cost 3000 bucks and up. WHY SPEND SO MUCH??? People are friggin' stupid to spend that much on a dumb purse...

I used to use Veet and it was not bad but...my skin being very sensitive it would burn and I would have dark marks on my legs. I stopped for a while. Shaving is even more irritating. I am waiting for my hair to grow to have my legs waxed, that used to be OK. Now I have marks like burns on my skin but also they are very itchy and kinda hurt. I am waiting for them to heal. Ever happened to anyone? Please let me know. Thanks!
