i just spilt i drop of super glue on my trousers, i tried ironing (this softened it) then i tried apply nail polish remover with a toothbrush and i can see it is slightly faiding, should i continue to do this? it doesnt look like the material is damages.

Since it's not damaged keep doing that until it does get damaged!
(by the way, you have a typo: damages wrong, damaged right!)

I would say put oxy clean on it and then wash it...it should come out but i dont know
