Since the owner receives rent and/or commission from the other stylists that work for him/her, do they expect to be tipped in the same manner that we would tip those same stylists?

I Had my hair cut the other day and i think it is to short. And i have a school photo coming up soon. My straightners are broken, and when i curl it is really short and i don't like it. Can You give me some ideas of how to have my hair??

It is now just about shoulder length whilst curly, which I hate cause I always wear it long and straight. Because I always used to straighten it, it was very dry and brittle with split ends so it needed the many inches cut off.

I am now planning to wear it curly all the time, until it gets really long and straighten it for occasions.

My question is how do I look after my naturally curly hair so it don't break, go frizzy and what are the best products for curly hair in the UK?

I really want it to grow healthy and quick lol

I got an amazing deal on a pair of marc jacobs jeans (at 9.99, how could i go wrong?) but they are pretty snug. I wont put them in the dryer, and they fit ok standing up, but when i sit they are kinda tight. Any way to stretch them, or make them bigger? I am a fairly small person, so losing wight really isnt an option!

My mother works a very high stress job and also has tooooons of stress going on at home and here hair has been breakin off for a few months now. She hasn't been to a doctor (even though I have insisted upon it) but I think it's all the stress, is that even possible though?

I started to get dandruff about 4 months ago. Ironically, my sister (who has the same hair colour/type/texture, etc.) as I do also has this condition. I hate it!! My doctor prescribed Nizoral shampoo. What else is out there that I can try? I'm into using natural/herbal stuff too.

I have had 4 periods in a month, one extremely heavy with clotting and 3 lighter ones, all with bloating and horrible cramping. I have a doctors appt for Friday but looking for some possible answers now. I am 27 so my hormones should be evened out by now.

Ok, I don't mean the bright candy apple red necessarily but a form of red. I would show you a picture, but I don't have one so here is what I look like: My hair is really dark, but it has sort of a red tint to it and its really long (a little longer than the middle of my back), I'm tan (but not really really dark), I have dark brown eyes, and my lips are sort of heart shaped but not majorly and I think they are medium full (maybe medium large).

So, I don't have any red lipstick and don't want to waste money (even though its only a few bucks) if its going to look terrible. Any suggestions then? Thanks!

I begun to notice brown spots, I guess you would call it some sort of pigmentation....I have went to my doctor and she prescribed some bleaching creme and it is not working....does anyone out there have some home remedy that was their greatgrandmothers or something....I uses to have such a clear complexion and im sad because of these spots....someone told me they are from stress is that true?
