Every department store carries them. Try the lingerie department. Macys, J.C. Penneys, Robinson Mays, Sears....even Rite Aid carries some. The department stores have more selection.
I own about a couple of pairs of each - nude, black, and taupe.
Not too popular here in Cali, but if the situaiton called for it, then its absolutely necessary.

The best site I have ever found is www.stockingstore.com. They have a huge selection of stockings and pantyhose from all over the world. They will answer questions by phone during business hours too! I have about 25 pairs of stockings, and a couple pair of pantyhose. I wear them everyday to the office.

I purchase my hosiery from Marshall's,TJ Maxx, Filene's Basement. These stores offer affordable prices and name brands. I occasionally shop at Macy's and Target. I have a several in my collection.
