I would get them wet and put them on and bend and stretch. Then let them air dry. They should be comfortable the next time you put them on then.

If the fabric is even capable of permanently taking a shape change, then, the only reliable way is to wear them. As another responder says, work, especially on the areas that are tight when you sit.
Do some squats, knee bends, thrusts, etc.
You run the risk of breaking a seam, but it will either do that, stretch out to a comfortable fit, or it won't work at all.
If you try some of the mechanical methods suggested, you may be dissapointed with the results. The stretch will not be done evenly over the parts that fit snug against your body. Misshapen clothes are the sign of a bad bargain.
I might have suggested you find a seamstress to let the seams out a bit, but, since you say you and the pants are already a small size, there may not be enough fabric to let out.

you may try putting the pants damp over the back of a straight chair to stretch them out

I don't know if they still have it, but I once came across this gadget that allows you stretch out your jeans. I forgot what it is called.

Tie one end to a door and then close the door pull thenshake them really hard, pull them diffrent directions they should be stretched by then

You could have someone whos like heavier than you try and put them on. Then they will get more streched out.
