Well last week I had no period and this week, being a new month I have it again. No possible way to ever have been pregnant. Not sexually active for 3 years.

I have been where you are now, and have a friend who has also been through this.
I've never been regular and am 34. My friend is now 38, but when she was 32-ish she had to have a full hysterectomy because everything was so bad she would miss weeks of work. Mine is not that bad, yet. When I have a period it's usually VERY, VERY heavy and I'm home for 2 or 3 days. The last time I had a period it had been just over a year and I had one for 3 weeks straight and was very heavy. Like you, there was no way I could have been pregnant and lost the baby. I went to the doctor and she did a D&C to clean me out and then did a procedure that froze the major areas that were bleeding. Both of these procedures stopped the bleeding and I had normal periods for several months. Of course my situation is different than yours in that I normally don't have regular (every 28 days) periods. But it did work. When I told my friend about all of this she said that's how her's started (although she always had a period and didn't go for months without one like I do.) and over the course of several years it got progressivly more painful to the point where she had to decide if she wanted to have possibly have more kids (and be in pain) or not have anymore kids (and not be in pain). She chose to have the hysterectomy and not have anymore kids. Now she's fine. My doctor said some women are just like that and until it gets worse/heavier bleeding/more pain/other complications there's not much they can do.
