Does anyone know of any exercises to slim down my thighs??? I'm not overweight and I'm very athletic, but I tend to put any weight I gain down on them (inherited that from my mom, lol)

If thighs are your bad area than you need to do high reps and no weights in that area. Runners have small legs because they overwork that area you have to over work it everyday do thigh excises on your side lifting legs up and down since you said that you are athletic and used to figures work outs i would recommend 100 lifts on each side everyday than go to twice a day. plus cut out bead and any white flour.

if you want to slim down muscle, i heard pillates will help.
