I wouldnt reccomend coloring your hair twice within a couple weeks. Especially if you have brown and are going to blonde. That requires bleaching. Bleaching can be very damaging. You really need to see a professional on this one and make sure you go to someone who knows what they are doing. DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME ON YOUR OWN.
My sister has light brown and goes blonde a lot. She just gets light blonde highlights and throws in some low lights in there with it. So hers is light blonde and dark blonde. It gives it a very natural look and its less damaging than having it bleached all over which will give you a not so desirable look.
Go to a salon and let a professional do it. Going darker is fairly simple but going lighter is scary if not done correctly.

You can dye it blonde, but it will probably have reddish highlights. Check out the dye boxes they usually have a little chart that shows initial hair color to what color the dye will make it.
Your absolute best bet would be to go to a salon and see what they recommend and have them do it.

Go have it professionally done. There are too many different shades of blonde and they all react differently to different natural hair color. Don't mess with your hair when you are doing something drastic.

GO TO A HAIRSTYLIST BECAUSE THERE DYE IS STRONGER THAN DYE YOU BUY IN THE STORE.IT MIGHT TAKE YOU MORE THAN ONCE TO GET IT A NICE BLONDE, BUT YOU MIGHT DAMAGE HAIR AS WELL.I HAVE SEEN IT DONE PLENTY OF TIMES AND RESULT IS HAIR SHEDDING AND BREAKAGE OF HAIR.
