if i buy the stuff from the supermarket that says permanent, then will it really stay permanent?
should i wash my hair before i dye it?
should i use shampoo right after dyeing and rinse throughly and cleanly?

I've asked all of my friends and family at home, and they can't decide (or more likely, just don't CARE*grin*) and neither can I. So I decided to put the internet to good use and ask a bunch of complete strangers to choose a hair style for me. THAT makes a bunch of sense, right?
