Well if you think you're fat, a good way to gain confidence and self-esteem is working out. Try working out twice a week, if not everyday. It will help you lose some weight, and it will make you more comfortable in your skin. Good luck!

Ok i cant tell you to not care wut u look like b/c its the "inner beauty" that matters b/c i know that ppl will tell u that but ppl wont care wut ur inner beauty is like if ur not good enough or wutever, so much of this bein skinny, bein fat, bein tall, bein short and eveyrthing is all the media and i hate the media tellin us that. i mean theyre sayin ur not skinny enoug wenever u like 110 pounds and it gets on my nerves, so girl ill tellu its not the jacket and its not you try to find clothes that fit ur body and wut really helps if ur self conscious like i am then get a shirt where right under the chest like brings it in some and kinda ties at the back but blow that line the shirt flows out, those shirts are gorgeous if u want a pic of wut im talkin about then send me an email or wutever and ill send u a pic but no hidin under a jacket it may help but it wont help ur self confidence and thats wut u need to work on, put lotion on ur hands and while ur rubbin it in look in the mirror and say atleast 5 positive things about urslef, takes pics of urslef wenever u think u look good and keep those pics, trustt me it helps but dont hide under a jacket

Yes, sit down with a psychologist and work out your issues. Start going to the gym and making better food choices. There is no other answer than to be proactive. Love yourself! Love your body and treat it with respect!
