I need a new wardrobe right now it consists of jeans, t-shirts and running shoes. I'm 5' 7" and would like to add some clothes that make me look more proportionate and well any advice on what shoes would look good on me. My top half consists of a long neck,small bust and slim waist. My bottom half consists of a curvy hips, big thighs,booty, and calves.

My sister is trying to loc her hair but her hair is so soft that it won't stay twisted together. Instead it unravels after a few minutes. We bought bees wax but all it did was make her hair straight and stick out. How can we twist her hair together so she can start her locs?
Ps we are African-American women but we do have a mixed heritage background, so our hair is not tightly curled and kinky like black women with beautiful locs
