most places require an 18 year limit. However there are some places that will take 16+ with a parent present.

Old enough to know better. because when you get a tattoo, it is going to be there forever untill you can find someone experienced in removing them.

You should be 18, but I think you can get one as young as 16 if you have your parents permission.
