If the results of double eyelid surgery were very unsatisfactory, can the effects be undone? Does it require surgery or can it be self-inflicted? Will the results return eyes back to original form?

For that surgery they remove skin, The skin is gone- but I will tell you the skin stretches out ( sags) over time again- that surgery doesn't last more than 10 years.

You can not undo a surgery. You might need another surgery to correct the one you had. My suggestion: do not go to the Asian plastic surgeon. Please do some research, contact the plastic surgeon board for advice.

Maybe they can insert some fat back into the eyelids?
