I'm diagnosed with hyperthyroidisim, and currently on medication. However, i'm feeling uncomfortable with the weight gain, probably from the medication. Is it possible to lose these weight? I'm currently heavier than what i was way before the symptoms of thyroid surface.
side note: i did not lose much weight before i start my medication, maybe only 1kg or 2.

i'm thinking of trying the hibernation diet, wonder if this will work. I'm targeting to lose about 5-6kg (app. 12lbs)

I usually live in Reef Flip flops but I need to buy "shoes" to wear in Disney World next week. I want something that's flip flop-like, stylish, but comfortable- any suggestions? I just got my nosed pierced almost a week ago-I know I am not ready to change it yet, but I was wondering. I've seen nose rings on some websites and does it matter which way the curve is in the screw nose rings depending on which side of the nose you have your nostrel pierced?
