I think it's gonna be a bit odd combition if you wear sweater and a skirt. Totally two different seasons, right. I know you are looking for a little warmer on the top.So how about going for a full-sleeves light cotton tops? Not too long but the one comes exactly around your waistline and not covering too much of the waistline of the skirt either.Look for the one with small slits at the waistline,it looks perfect for the season and so casual at the same time.However, colour combination is very important here. For your mauve skirt you should go for either complete White or light Grey shirt but certainly not Red, Yellow,Black or Brown something like that.Hope you'll look great.
