Some pretty colors for pale peeps with green eyes are cinnamon brown, sandy pink, bronzy-gold, plummy-cranberry, violet eyeshadows and bronze, violet, or deep brown liner on top lash line only. Mascara in deep brown. They'll really make your green eyes pop!
Covergirl's eyeliner pencils are smooth and easily applied, try 'em!
Also a great book about everything makeup is "Makeup Makeovers: Expert Secrets for Stunning Transformations" by Robert Jones.

Eyes
Shimmery eye shadow might look really good but be careful with them - they can clump creases of your eyelid.
If you’re lucky enough to have large open eyes, avoid bright or loud coloured eye shadows.
Use light-coloured shadows on deep set eyes.
If your mascara has become a bit thick and mucky towards the end, pop it in a bowl of warm water to make it thinner. Make sure you have the tube tightly closed.
Use less mascara on your lower lashes as this helps open up your eyes.
Don’t pump your mascara wand into the tube because it just fills the container with air and dries out the mascara. Gently insert the wand and turn it a couple of times.
Use a lash comb to separate lashes and make your eyes look fuller.
A clear mascara is great for grooming your eyebrows, just brush your eyebrows into the desired shape using the wand.
Face
Use a damp sponge to get a light, sheer look with your foundation.
Shake your foundation vigorously before use to separate clogs and lumps.
When buying new make-up always match your foundation or concealer to the skin on your face or neck not your hand.
Buy a concealer that’s at the very most about two shades lighter than your skin, there’s no need to go too light.
Always use powder, it helps everything stay put and last longer.
A light dusting of powder is perfect for an even look and you don’t have to use it with foundation.
If you’ve went a bit over the top with colour use a bit of powder instead of starting all over again.
Lips
Girls with thin lips should stick to neutral shades as pale shades make lips look fuller.
To get an Angelina Jolie style pout, put a dab of silvery lip gloss in the centre of your lower lip.
Vitamin E oil is great to seal in your lip colour and add a bit of shine.
Blotting your lippy with a tissue and dusting with some powder before applying a final coat will help keep it in place all day long.

Of course it can be done! First of all, you don't want to wear too much makeup at first, otherwise people will expect more when you just want to be yourself. If you have dark lashes, then you may not need mascara every single day. If you want to look and feel extra glamorous, then fake eyelashes might be fun - only once in a while. With eyeshadow, use a lighter color near the tear duct, and slowly blend it into a darker color. To even them out, use a medium color in the crease of you eye. Try not to use TOO much eyeliner, and try to make the line as thin as possible, since using too much will make your eyes look too small. Oh, and don't forget your smile! It's the best way to improve your appearance when you have no other options! I'm going to be a freshman too. What High School are you going to?

Just put some powder over the foundation, so you don't look shiney. Then apply a neutral shade of eye shadow. A nice pale green or a smokey brown would be beautiful with your eye and hair color. Then apply a soft brown eyeliner and brown mascara. Then you could use a bronze colored blush. For your lips use a soft neutral color, like beige or soft copper. Hope this helps.

For school, keep it very light, save the more dramatic stuff for parties and dances. For school though, try a soft lip gloss, blue based to make your teeth look whiter, some mascara and maybe just a touch of shadow in a neutral tone - a soft peachy pink looks great with green eyes. Almay has make-up to help play up your eye color, my daughter loves it (She'll be a freshman too this year).

for you i suggest plum eyeliner, then two shades of green a dark one and a light one. put the darker of the two on the bottom lid and the lighter one on and a little above the crease. then use brown mascara. This will really make you green eyes pop. Also make sure to use bronzer powder so that your pale skin doesn't get wiped out against your brown hair during winter.
P.S- Good luck, have fun!

The secret to makeup is looking like you're not wearing any. You do not want to look overdone. Try wearing eye shadow that will enhance the colors of your eyes. Don't go too heavy on the foundation...just think light and simple. Most of all, experiment with different types of makeup and find what suits you best. Good luck!

yes, it can. u know how when u go 2 the store, make-ups r labeled with the tones: warm, cool, neutral. u should get stuff with your tone. 4 some1 like u, i would say u r cool-toned. when choosing concealer, foundation, and powder, get the kind that matches your skin. u should get medium brown eyeliner/eyeshadow, and always black mascara. lipstick/lip gloss should B a color that makes your lips look good, but not stand out 2 much. if your lips r big, get some that will make them smaller; same with the opposite. good luck.

Get a makeover, they are usually pretty cheap because the cosmetician will try to sell you products afterwards.
If you have green eyes, then light colors will work best.
Since you say you are pale, do not use eyeliner...it will only make you look sick.
Choose brown mascara over black, it looks more natural.

hey,
i have the same problem. i am 13 though and not too pale. the key to wearing makeup is to make it look like you are not wearing any at all. lips--if you want to glam it up a little just put a nice settle pinkish color lip stick and then put some lip shine over it.
eyes--for your eyes put some eye liner of the color you are wearing lightly below the eye. put a bit of the same color eye shadow but very lightly and only on teh eye lid.
face--put some blush on your cheeks and rub it it. make sure it is a light color and not too noticeable.
hope my advice is good
