everytime i put on lip gloss and stuff like that i always see myself as prettey and beautiful. but when i take it off or dont use it sometimes i get fustrated and think of myself as ugly. i try to see my self as a prettey person but when i take pictures i see what other people see when they look at me and it makes me wanna hide somewhere and just stay there. help please.

How do some girls manage all day in Sky high shoes. How do you avoid the pain?
When I were my heels after less than an hour I can not cope as my feet throb and i can not walk without looking like I am in pain. Now Im in my 20's Im out of my tom boy trainer stage and want to be more like a real Woman I have the gear but can't cope with the stunning shoes any tips on how to get by?

I just got two new t-shirts from the Gap that I like a lot, but they are way too hot for this weather.

Does anyone know any way to age them (like you would jeans) besides washing/drying them? I don't want them to look ratty, i just want them to be softer and less stiff.
