I just got two new t-shirts from the Gap that I like a lot, but they are way too hot for this weather.

Does anyone know any way to age them (like you would jeans) besides washing/drying them? I don't want them to look ratty, i just want them to be softer and less stiff.

Thanks.

Try putting them on hangers and leaving them in your bathroom when you take showers. The steam from the water should help relax them a little before you wear them.

I would wash them two or three times with laundry detergent that says something about "soft" on the label. Then fold them and wash them again before you plan on wearing them.
