Proactiv seems to work depending on your skin type, but I found out that using Neutrogena Oil- Free Acne Wash works and costs way less than Proactiv

Get a face cleanser specifically for irritated, sensitive, acne-prone skin (all drugstores have good ones--try Clean and Clear).

Buy a cream for blemishes. Though embarrassing to buy, Zapzyt works wonders (also at the drugstore).

Try and avoid a lot of oily foods. If you touch your face a lot during the day, stop that too. Bacteria and oils from your hands get into your pores and cause blemishes.

AND NEVER EVER EVER POP A PIMPLE, ZIT, WHATEVER!!!

Okay, hope I helped. Good luck!

i used clearasil.. it says use daily, but i used it occasionally and my face cleared up in a month or so.. but yeah, what ever you use just keep your face clean regularly. and dont use bar soaps on your face like when in he shower, it just makes it worse
