Im hoping to get a tattoo soon but i want it to be something meaningful. I chose Bipolar because i myself am bipolar. Im having trouble thinking of symbols or images of bipolar. Does anyone have any ideas of what i could use? I'd really appreciate any ideas you can think of.

your skin become lighter or will it become more dark? Because i heard people who eat a lot whether it's healthy or not , there skin gets more fair but then i also heard from eating more you get dark, and from not eating you get more fair from weakness. whats true?

It seems like some women smell soooo good. I want to smell good too! So, how do I layer my scents, with perfumes, powders, lotions, etc..... I thought it was an old wive's tale, but I have had an extremely stressful time the past two months, and I now see at least 20 grey hairs on my head, and there were NONE there before that! As if the other things weren't enough, now I am worried about going grey! (Not that it really matters, because I dye my hair anyway.)
