Do pilates. A lot of ppl have been known to gain an inch or so. It doesn't actually make you grow, but it stretches you out. Over time due to slouching etc. our spines become compacted. Pilates trains your muscles and gives you better posture. It also makes you look taller when you have long, lean muscles as opposed to being rounded out.
And I don't think you should wish to grow at 25, as it might be a sign of a brain tumor. You should've been done growing when you were a teenager. It's only on rare occasions that ppl will still be in their growth phase into their 20s. I fell into that category as I still gained about another 2 inches, but this is abnormal.

I heard of a fella that was able to stretch alot and gained about half an inch...other then that, I would say you are not getting any taller or younger.
Bud, you stopped growing about 7 years ago.
You do however have a chance to grow out...I mean you can really grow horizontally if you want!

There is not a fundamental factor you'll be able to do to aid your development, except staying healthful. It works in cycles. I'm a boy who was once continually the smallest in my 12 months in institution, even smaller than some of the women. By 14, I began to develop enormously and shot up six inches to 5ft 10in by the point I was once sixteen from the 5ft 4in I was once whilst I was once 14 to grow to be one of the most tallest in my 12 months. It's been six years and I've grown simply an additional inch. Everyone is special, I wager.

and you should not concern yourself with this.
the only thing you need to think about now is how to make your wallet grow taller and fatter.
that is what life is all about.
not about growing into the next Yao Ming.

Unfortunately, 20 is about as late as you can still get a few more inches in. By that point, the growth plates in your bones have calcified and can't stretch any further.

Most girls stop by 18 and most boys stop by 21...very unlikely to grow past those ages.

if you want to grow by at least a few centimeters, try this, be hanged upsidedown by at least one (1) hour for at least 4 weeks. you can only try this if you don't experience nausea or headaches when you try it the frist time.

If you are male, it is possible but very unlikely. If you are female it just won't happen unless you have a pituitary growth problem.

Prolly not but you should embrace your shortness. I'm 5 foot nothing and I think it adds to my cuteness.
