Eat yr 3 meals daily at regular time. Ensure it is balanced meal. In addition, take supplement such as Ensure and keep physical activities to a minimum. Best to see a medical doctor for help.
To gain weight, one must consume more than one expands.
U did not mention yr height. As a guide, calculate your BMI. Your BMI should not fall below the min of 18.5 to be healthy. The normal range for Asians is from 18.5 to 23.

I am similar to you. I am 27 years old, 5'5" tall and only weigh 100 lbs. I have tried eating more, eating more meat, protein, etc. What seemed to work the best for me was weight gain shakes. I bought them at my local walmart, the equate brand cuz they are cheaper :) I would drink 1 a day, and eat normaly, and was able to gain 6 lbs. in 1 week. They have 3 flavors, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. I also liked them cuz they do have extra vitamins and minerals that your body needs, Hope this helps you out, and good luck!

i am amazed ... i think first you have without any delay to consult a doctor , this is no joke , i presume you do not have any apparent health prob or you would have seen a doctor ages ago .... but it dose not have to be something serious , it can only be an extreamly high metabolism , and please do not take any thing by your self , all this adds are dangerous , i do not know you , how short you are ? mayebe you have thin bones ? bones wigh alot so is you have thin bones 30 kilos might not be that strange ,
i am sure you tryed eating more , or mayebe you don't ?
or you can't (having a small stomac) in that case you have to eat the same amount you are eating without pushing your self but more frequantly ( 5 meals a day )
go see a doctor or a nutretion specialist please no delay and i am realy curious to know what is the prob so please tell me after you see a doctor

Hey, u have to put some more weight. If u r male u have to about 65 Kgs, and if u r female than it would b around 55 Kg.

protiens.... you may need more meats and chicken, but putting on weight is dangerous too, watch the cholestrol and fats... You might want to also think of a shake from the local vitamin store, they are not too bad and will help also

Don't worry, take food on freely.
Eat Butter, cheese, banana fruit, dry fruits regularly and drink milk. Don't think unnecessary things.
If you are a non -vegetarian, take plenty of mutton, egg daily.
Your weight ultimately increased.

Yes .. you have to eat more meat, and take meal in time, after taking meal must take rest. One thing, every day try to sleep after lunch (day time min. 1 hr.) and sleep at night minimum 8 hrs. Finally, try to make contact with me with my yahoo ID mnh_male
